Therapy’s football menu will include: ‘Devils on Horseback,’ featuring piquillo peppers, goat cheese and almond-stuffed bacon-wrapped dates; chicken wings with caramelized honey, ginger, soy, toasted sesame and green onion; ‘The Tail-gators,’ fried alligator tail with orange sauce and B&B pickles; a Lavash flatbread with roasted tomato, shaved fennel, calabresse, finocciona salami, red pepper and remoulade; and pulled pork sliders with house barbecue sauce, cabbage slaw and house chips.
In addition, Therapy will offer gameday pitchers and beer specials and will open at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays for early NFL games. The new 4,100-square-foot American gastro-lounge offers a number of high-definition TVs behind a 32-foot bar along with an upstairs loft featuring lounge seating and additional big-screen TVs, available to reserve for private watch-parties.
Therapy is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. Friday through Saturday.
