Kansas and Blue Öyster Cult play our final free "Rock of Vegas" concert of the season on Sep. 6, 2015 at 9:00 p.m. on our 3rd Street stage.
Kansas has scored eight gold albums, three sextuple-platinum albums (Leftoverture, Point of Know Return, Best of Kansas) and a platinum live album.
Kansas dominated the music charts for more than 200 weeks during the 1970s and '80s. The acclaimed band played to sold-out arenas in North America, Europe and Japan.
Their timeless hits include "Carry On Wayward Son" and "Dust in the Wind."
The band features original drummer Phil Ehart, Billy Greer (bassist/vocalist), David Manion (keyboardist), Ronnie Platt (vocalist/keyboardist), David Ragsdale (violinist/guitarist) and original guitarist Richard Williams.
Blue Öyster Cult has sold more than 24 million albums worldwide since their debut in 1972.
Some of their most memorable songs include "Godzilla," "Burnin' for You" and "Don't Fear the Reaper."
