“No Mas Pantalones Brunch” Debuts At Mercadito Restauraunt

Brunch goes bottomless at Mercadito with the addition of the “No Mas Pantalones Brunch” every Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.  Full disclosure – only the mimosas are bottomless, guests still need to wear pants.  The special includes one brunch item and unlimited Mercadito mimosas including regular, strawberry, pineapple, guava or mango for $25 per guest.  Additional brunch items and cocktails are available for purchase.

A few new items have also appeared on the Mercadito brunch menu including the Al Pastor Guacamole (pico de gallo, double-cut bacon, grilled pineapple, cured onions, ancho-guajillo chiles, cilantro, chicharron), Short Rib Enchiladas (with choice of creamy tomatillo or guajillo red sauce with chihuahua and oaxaca cheese) and the Costilla Tacos (short ribs, spicy caramelized onions, chipotle-garlic aioli, avocado salsa, crispy potato).  For those interested in a liquid brunch, they can try new cocktails including the Mango Mimosita (cava, mango, green chile), El Pirata (cazadores blanco, pineapple, spices, chiles, negra modelo) or the Mercadito Mojito (frozen with cruzan light rum, double-mint simple syrup, lime juice, soda press, lime-mint sugar).

In addition, ordering your favorite tacos at Mercadito just got easier.  Now, the Red Rock location offers “Mix & Match Tacos” for Happy Hour and dinner.  Instead of embarking on the difficult task trying to narrow down favorites, guests can grab a plate of Camaron, Baja Estilo or Pastor to satisfy a variety of tastes.  Throughout dinner, tacos are $4 a piece, while Happy Hour prices are $3 per taco (no limit, minimum of two tacos for dinner, excludes Tacos for Strength).

Mercadito is open seven days a week.  Dinner and late-night dining: Mondays 3 – 10 p.m.; Tuesdays – Thursdays 3 p.m. to 11pm; Fridays 3 p.m. – midnight; Saturdays 11 a.m. – midnight; and Sundays 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Mercadito brunch service is 11a.m. – 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.  Mercadito also offers two daily Happy Hours 3 – 6 p.m. daily and 8 – 10 p.m. Sunday and Monday; 9 – 11 p.m. Tuesday – Thursday; and 10 p.m. – midnight Friday and Saturday.
