Michael Franti, musician, humanitarian and children’s book author, is recognized as a pioneering force by using music as a vehicle for positive change through his unforgettable, high energy shows with his band, Spearhead. With the multi-platinum success of his song “Say Hey (I Love You)” and the chart-breaking 2010 release of The Sound Of Sunshine, Franti and his band guarantee a show that will be thought provoking as well as a fun dance party. Franti’s new single “I’m Alive (Life Sounds Like)” is currently hitting the radio waves leading into his brand new album release later this summer.

O.A.R. – Saturday, Sept. 18 at 9 p.m.
Known for its intense, vibrant live shows, O.A.R. (Of A Revolution), will bring its “Back to Rockville” tour to the Mandalay Bay Beach this summer. THE ROCKVILLE LP, recorded in Nashville, Bethesda, MD and Brooklyn, NY, is the band’s most recent album and features some of O.A.R.’s most diverse, intricate songs. Bold horn arrangements weave in and out of several of the tunes including “Irish Rose,” “Caroline the Wrecking Ball” and “The Architect,” a song adored by longtime fans but one O.A.R. had never before committed to an album.
