LV's Tommy Ward Will Host Benefit Show For LV Family At Kahunaville!

Tommy Ward to host special benefit show for Las Vegas family affected by cancer

Las Vegas singer and entertainer Tommy Ward, managed by Grammy winning producer Quincy Jones, will host a special benefit show for the family of a local man who has been affected by cancer. Proceeds from the one-night-only show will support William Thompson’s battle with lymphoma by offsetting his family’s medical expenses. Ward graduated from Faith Lutheran High School, where Thompson’s son is a current student.

At just 19 years old, singer/songwriter Tommy Ward is making his mark as a critically acclaimed entertainer with a take on modern music that is rooted in his love and appreciation of great musicians. In just two short years, Tommy has conquered stages and established a headlining name in arenas generally reserved for those who are generations older. Tommy performed as the opening act for Louie Anderson at The Plaza Hotel & Casino, and spent 10 months opening for Frankie Moreno: LIVE at the Stratosphere. Tommy has been featured in shows with Clint Holmes, Matt Goss, Robert Torti, Jim Caruso, Billy Stritch, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Kristen Hertzenberg, Kelly Clinton, Take 5, Paul Shortino, All-4-1, Esteban, Veronique, Earl Turner, Bill Fayne, Ronnie Rose, cast members of The Million Dollar Quartet, Rat Pack Live, Nunsense, Menopause the Musical, Jersey Boys, Phantom of the Opera, and Rock of Ages, and even comedians like Jeff Civillico, Rich Little, and Mac King.
