Serendipity 3 at Caesars Palace will celebrate National Hot Dog Day on July 23 with a secret hot dog menu, available only from July 20 to July 23. The lineup of off-the-menu creations is available only to those who ask their server for the Hot Dog Day Secret Menu.

· Dilemma Dog: foot-long all-beef hot dog served on a grilled bun and topped with tangy blue cheese slaw, crispy artisan Applewood bacon, crispy fried onions, blue cheese crumbles and green onion.
· BLT Dog: foot-long all-beef hot dog served on a grilled bun and topped with arugula, slice heirloom cherry tomatoes, chunks of crispy artisan Applewood bacon and a drizzle of bacon aioli.
· Devil Dog: foot-long all-beef hot dog served on a grilled poppy seed bun and topped with fresh serrano pineapple relish, spicy homemade pickles, serrano Sriracha and crispy potato chips.
· Churro Sundae Dog: crispy churro stuffed in a glazed long john donut and topped with bourbon and burnt sugar ice cream, fresh whipped cream, chocolate & Fireball whisky caramel sauces.
