La
Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will offer an escape for dads
to celebrate the manliest holiday of the year with a prix-fixe Angus sirloin
steak dinner and hops & apple cocktail pairing in honor of Father’s Day on
Sunday, June 21.
Priced
at $55, the hearty meal begins with a gorgonzola salad made with Bibb lettuce,
pickled onions and crispy prosciutto. For the main course, dads will enjoy a
six ounce certified Black Angus sirloin steak topped with tomatillo sauce and
accompanied by truffle roasted potatoes. Dinner will be paired with La Cave’s
signature hops & apple cocktail, made with Ketel One Oranje, Evan Williams
Apple Orchard and Pyramid Hefeweizen.
