Ume Special For International Sushi Day |
This
summer, Innovative Dining Group’s Sushi Roku, located in the Forum Shops at
Caesars Palace, invites guests to experience an array of value-driven dishes
and menus. From participating in Las Vegas Restaurant Week (June 15 – 26), to
in-house promotions for International Sushi Day (June 18) and “Summer Break”
(July 1 – 31), Chef Haru presents seafood-centric offerings for all sushi
lovers.
Las
Vegas Restaurant Week (June 15 – 26)
Sushi
Roku will offer a three-course prix-fixe menu for lunch ($30.15*) and dinner
($50.15*) during Las Vegas Restaurant Week (June 15 – 26, 2015). Chef Haru will
prepare an assortment of classic sushi dishes to support Three Square and its
mission to end hunger in Southern Nevada. Highlights include Tuna & Beet
Carpaccio and Beef Rib Eye Wrapped Asparagus. Full menus available below and

International
Sushi Day (Thursday, June 18)
In
honor of International Sushi Day, Sushi Roku will serve a Special Ume for $18*
(pictured above), including:
- Tuna – avocado, cream cheese, sesame oil, sesame seed
- Yellowtail – salsa fresca, mizore, arare
- Salmon – mango, yuzu foam, ikura, ponzu
- Shrimp – cucumber, amazu, lemon zest, radish
- Halibut – red yuzu kosho, olive oil, sea salt, micro shiso
- Albacore – garlic nikiri soy, aji amarillo, scallion, fried onion
"Summer Break” menus (July 1 – 31, Sunday –
Thursday)
In
honor of “Summer Break,” Sushi Roku will offer specially priced cocktails and a
selection of signature dishes such as:
- Yellowtail Diced Chilies ($14*)
- Hanabi with Spicy Tuna ($11*)
- Tuna Carpaccio ($14*)
- Popcorn Shrimp Tempura ($13*)
- Beef Rib Eye Wrapped Asparagus ($14*)
- Fried Rice (choice of King Crab, Chicken, or Pork Belly) ($12*)
- Tokyo Cooler ($10*) – vodka, lemon, lime, champagne float
- Coconut Mojito ($10*) – coconut rum, coconut milk, Nigori sake, lime, soda water, mint
