Megan
and Joe met in the kitchen of Aureole in New York. They got married shortly thereafter and the
rest is history. Some of the most
memorable moments in their years together were highlighted by family, friends
and a great meal. Young and in New York,
they dreamed of travelling and cooking together at romantic locations such as
Europe and Asia. As fate would have it,
the two locations they never gave a second thought came calling. Job offers
took them to head up Aqua Terra Restaurant in Palm Beach and then on to Aureole
in Las Vegas as a husband and wife team.
After 15 years in Las Vegas, their love of food is at the center of all
that they do professionally and with their three kids.
Made
L.V. also welcomes Chef Benoit Cornet and mixologist James Starkus from
Southern Wine and Spirits as they team up for a guest chef dinner on Wednesday,
June 24 at 6:30 p.m.
