Off The Strip Joins Restaurant Week 2015! Great Prices!

Off The Strip at The LINQ is joining Restaurant Week's 2015 lineup for the first time. Taking place June 15 through 26, The LINQ's newest restaurant will showcase a special selection of its signature dishes including favorites such as the M.O.A.B. (Mother of All Burgers) and Al's Cheesecake. A portion of each meal sold will be donated to Three Square Food Bank. A lunch and dinner menu will be available in celebration of the event. Menus are priced at $30.15 per person for lunch and $50.15 per person for dinner and are as follows:

Lunch
First Course:
- Side Salad
Second Course: (Choose 1)
- M.O.A.B Burger – grilled sirloin burger, hickory smoked bacon, mushrooms, onions, cheddar
- Roast Turkey Club – sliced breast, hickory bacon, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo
Third Course:
- Al’s Cheesecake – strawberry, chocolate sauces

Dinner
Appetizers:
- Sweet Chili & Bacon Prawns – bacon wrapped prawns, Thai sweet chili glaze, Asian slaw
- Rolled NY Strip with Asparagus – choice New York, provolone, basil, sun-dried tomato, Marsala mushroom sauce
Entrées:
- Short Rib Ravioli – smashed potato, brown gravy
- Atlantic Salmon – spaghetti squash, quinoa
Dessert:
- Al’s Cheesecake – strawberry, chocolate sauces
