Chef Peter Scaturro will serve a taco pizza, featuring ground beef, cheddar
cheese, Roma tomatoes, chopped lettuce and sliced jalapeños for $10 each along
with a quesadilla with either Italian sausage or Romano chicken for $12.95.
Pastry Chef Hank Sbraccia will also partake in the festivities by creating a
lime margarita sorbetti and a cinnamon churro gelato, both starting at $4.50
per scoop.
For
drinks, TREVI will feature an Italian Michelada, a spin on the classic drink
consisting of beer, lime juice and assorted sauces, spices and peppers by
adding in Peroni beer.
