On Friday,
May 15, Oscar-winning singer/songwriter John Legend stopped into Hakkasan Las
Vegas Restaurant at MGM Grand for an intimate evening, in town to perform
Saturday during the week-two lineup at the Rock in Rio USA music festival.
Taking his seat in the main dining room just after 9 p.m. joined by his
beautiful wife, model Chrissy Teigen and a few close friends, the group was
seen laughing and enjoying themselves over items such as the Roasted Chilean
Seabass with Chinese honey and the Jasmine tea-smoked short ribs to name a
few.
Shortly
thereafter, British singer and global trendsetter Rita Ora was seen entering
the modern Cantonese restaurant with a few friends around 10:30 p.m. Keeping it
casual sporting a white T-shirt and black jacket with matching oversized hat,
the pop star indulged in Hakkasan’s signature Crispy duck salad and
Hakka-steamed dim sum platter among others. Ora finished her meal sipping on
Lychee martinis and eventually was seen leaving the restaurant just after
midnight.
