BRAVO! Newest Italian Restaurant Coming To Vegas!

BRAVO! Cucina Italiana (BRAVO!) unveils delectable dishes, featuring signature made-to-order pizzas. Opening on May 28 at the Galleria at Sunset in Henderson, BRAVO! boasts an impressive array of Italian fare ranging from savory lunch and dinner items, scrumptious weekend brunch dishes and delectable desserts, even offering visitors a full gluten-free menu and lighter calorie options.

The 7,100-square-foot restaurant will also feature ample indoor and outdoor terrace seating, along with a private dining room. Arched colonnades, hand-crafted walls covered in antique Venetian plaster and Arabescato marble imported from Italy will make guests feel as though they’re dining amongst the shadows of Roman ruins. Sizeable wrought-iron chandeliers and a pizza bar located toward the front of the venue will create a polished yet casual atmosphere.

Noteworthy dinner dishes include:

·         Sicilian Pizza: Sweet Italian sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, mushrooms, banana peppers, mozzarella and provolone combine to create a tasty, savory pizza pie

·         Chicken Parmesan Milanese: Romano-crusted chicken breast smothered in mozzarella and pomodoro sauce served  on top of a bed of herb linguine

·         Pasta BRAVO!: BRAVO!’s signature dish of juicy grilled chicken with mushrooms and rigatoni pasta in a rich, roasted red pepper cream sauce

·         Spicy Scallop Marinara: Bay scallops served with angel hair pasta, fresh, flavorful basil, onions, artichokes, spinach and pesto bread crumbs, served in a spicy tomato sauce

·         Filet Mignon Toscano: A juicy 8 oz. center-cut filet paired with creamy Tuscan mashed potatoes and colorful seasonal vegetables

·         Grilled Salmon Salad: Flaky, fresh grilled salmon sits on a bed of crisp field greens with tomatoes, grilled asparagus, crispy shoestring potatoes and feta tossed in a classic and tangy balsamic vinaigrette
