The
Riviera Hotel & Casino celebrated its 60th anniversary by giving back to
its team members with a one-of-a-kind cake created by Executive Pastry Chef
Greg Chavez and his team. The cake, which honored the Riviera’s amazing past
and took more than 120 hours to construct, consisted of more than 80 full sheet
cakes, which equaled approximately 300lbs of flour, eggs, oil and sugar icing.
The renowned property was also honored with a proclamation from the county
commissioners office.
