Online Ordering Instructions – Buy 3 Get 1 Free

Buy 3 Get 1 Free pricing is only available when purchasing three passes or a 3-1 ratio of the same type of pass (example 3 Silver Passes gets 1 free Silver Pass, 3 Gold Passes gets 1 free Gold Pass, 3 VIP Passes gets 1 free VIP Pass). The free pass will be automatically added at the end of your order after submitting billing information. Pass holder information will NOT be collected online for the free pass.

Step 1:

Identify how many passes are needed in total and determine if any of those passes will be included as a free pass with the Buy 3 Get 1 Free deal.

Example: If you need 4 passes, add 3 pass to the cart. The 4th pass will be automatically added to your order after entering and submitting billing information.

Example: If you need 5 passes, with a combination of 4 Silver Passes and 1 Gold Pass, add 3 Season Passes and 1 Gold Pass to the cart. A free 4th Silver Pass will be added to your order after entering and submitting billing information.

Step 2:

Enter the pass holder information for the PAID passes. Pass holder information for the free pass will NOT be collected online. Pass holder information will be entered at the park upon printing of the permanent pass card.

Step 3:

Enter Billing information and submit the order.

Note: to help prevent online credit card fraud and theft, the credit card and purchaser photo ID must be presented at the park when pass cards are printed.

Season pass types must be the same type of pass. Combinations such as 2 Silver Passes and 2 Gold Pass are not eligible for the Buy 3 Get 1 Free deal. To place an order with these type of combinations, place an order for the total number of Season Passes then upgrade those passes you want to be Gold or VIP at the park during your next visit.

Season Passes are non-transferable and are assigned to a specific person once processed at the front gate using a biometric finger scan. Season Passes purchased online will be converted into a permanent pass card at the front gate ticket windows or inside the park at Guest Services during the pass holder’s first visit to the park. When you purchase your pass online you will enter pass holder information for each pass. Simply supply your confirmation number or email along with the credit card and purchaser photo ID to receive your permanent pass cards.
