Traditionally
open only for dinner service, the Michelin star Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars
Palace is hosting an exceptionally rare opportunity for guests to experience
Mother’s Day brunch on May 10th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The
carefully thought out menu features a selection of cold appetizers, entrees and
pastries reminiscent of their dinner menu with a breakfast twist. First, sample
salmon tartare and salmon rillettes, country style terrine, selection of fine
cheeses and oysters in ice gelee and escabeche. For their entrée, guests can
choose from saffron risotto and spring vegetables, roasted farm raised Label
Rouge chicken and potato pure, or eggs benedict and lobster claw. Finishing on
a sweet note, a dessert spread will feature a macaron tower, Guy Savoy brioche,
rice pudding and more.
Mother’s
Day brunch is $250 per person and includes a Champagne cocktail. To make a
reservation, please contact aalpe@caesarspalace.com.
