Vdara Hotel & Spa brings an intoxicating twist to the Las Vegas social scene with the introduction of its new concept, VICE VERSA Patio & Lounge. VICE VERSA offers dual options such as classic or twisted cocktails, refreshingly light or indulgent bites, as well as intimate indoor or outdoor patio settings.

The food and beverage selections at VICE VERSA were carefully crafted to offer the best of both worlds. Hearty pub fare and intriguing libation variations on the VICE menu are juxtaposed with lighter cuisine and classic beverages on the VERSA menu. Menu highlights include:

·         Sunset in Moscow: The popular Mule is recreated with Belvedere Pink Grapefruit vodka, strawberries, ginger beer and fresh mint.

·         Texas Mule: Vdara’s traditional Moscow Mule is crafted with Tito’s vodka, fresh lime and ginger beer.

·         New Fashion: Out with the old and in with the new. The New Fashion features Bulleit bourbon, sweet vermouth, fresh strawberries and a punch of basil.

·         Fashionably Late: The Old-Fashioned at VICE VERSA mixes Angel’s Envy port cask bourbon, Lustau Oloroso sherry and salted brown sugar syrup.

·         Surf & Turf Sliders: This heavenly offering includes tempura lobster, steak, grilled onions, mushrooms and swiss cheese.

·         Chicken Teriyaki Sliders: These delicious bites are made with pulled chicken tossed in teriyaki sauce and topped with mango, jalapenos and crispy onions.

·         Lobster Tacos: Mini corn tortillas are stuffed with fresh lobster meat fritters and topped with mango and papaya salsa with meyer lemon cream and spicy chili aioli.

·         Pan-Seared Ahi Tuna: Yellowfin tuna, colored beets and healthy watercress make up this light snack.

·         Beer: Microbrews, craft beer and uncommon imports such as Samuel Smith’s Organic Chocolate Stout, Goose Island Matilda and Uinta Dubhe IPA offer beer connoisseurs something new each time they visit.

·         Beer: International staples such as Corona and Heineken, as well as domestic fan favorites such as Shock Top and Michelob Ultra make up this side of the beer menu.

·         Wine: The VICE menu features familiar labels for wines by-the-glass including Sandhi Chardonnay, Justin Winery Sauvignon Blanc and Decoy Zinfandel.

·         Wine: Esoteric, small-production and high-end wines can be found on the VERSA side, such as Cherry Pie Pinot Noir, Esperto Pinot Grigio, Dr. L Riesling and more. 

VICE VERSA’s indoor lounge exudes sophistication with a chic yet high-energy environment that encourages guests to socialize, celebrate or unwind. The refined, lively interior is complemented by an outdoor patio complete with fire pits, cozy couches and striking views of Nancy Rubins’ Big Edge, a unique sculpture of 200 recycled canoes.
