Germany
has long been known for its quality in one delectable item – chocolate.
Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is celebrating that love with National Black Forest Cake
Day on Saturday, March 28. As part of the celebration, guests who mention
National Black Forest Cake Day to their server will receive $2 off the dessert
and a complimentary coffee when ordering the Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte off the
menu.
“You
won’t find any Black Forest Cake of this caliber anywhere else in Las Vegas,”
said Franz Krondorfer, Vice President of Food & Beverage. “We take pride in
the careful preparation and original recipe to make sure our guests get German
authenticity in every bite.”
Hofbräuhaus
Las Vegas sticks to a strict recipe dating back centuries for their delicious
Black Forest Cake (Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte, meaning black forest
cherry-torte) – a chocolate layer cake with Kirsch; a mandatory ingredient by
German statue, whipped cream, sour cherries and chocolate curls that originated
in the Black Forest region of Swabia.
The
Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is the first German/Bavarian beer hall and restaurant in
Las Vegas. This faithful reproduction of the world’s most famous beer hall, the
original, centuries-old Hofbräuhaus in Munich, Germany, is an authentic and
entertaining blend of tradition and fun.
From
its hand-painted ceilings and live bands to its imported beer and delicious
food, Bavarian hospitality abounds. Guests can savor schnitzels, sausages,
sauerbraten, pretzels and much more, all accompanied by great music and the
finest Hofbräu beer imported from Munich, Germany. At the Hofbräuhaus Las
Vegas, it’s Oktoberfest every day!
