of Blues Las Vegas inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino announces additional
seatings and activities for Sunday brunch, making Kirk Franklin’s Gospel Brunch
the top pick for celebrating Easter and Mother’s Day with the whole family.

Easter
brunch will take place on Sunday, April 5, 2015 with seatings at 9 a.m., noon
and 3 p.m. The kids will be welcomed with a special treat when they arrive to
their seat – a bountiful basket with Easter eggs filled with prizes and sweet
treats, and the Easter Bunny will make a special appearance to take photos and
make a lasting memory. To add some fun for the entire family, a raffle will
take place for the adults with tickets to upcoming House of Blues performances.
On
Sunday, May 10, families can give ‘A Special Thanks to Mom!’ with special
Mother’s Day seatings at 9 a.m., noon and 3 p.m. Each mother and grandmother in
attendance will be recognized with flowers and specials songs during the set
will be dedicated to them to add another special touch.
Tickets
for Kirk Franklin’s Gospel Brunch at House of Blues are on sale now and are
priced at $53.95 (adults), $27.50 (child under 11), plus applicable fees.
Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com, HouseofBlues.com and the
House of Blues Box Office. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to the
House of Blues Music Forward Foundation, a non-profit organization that
provides arts and cultural educational programs and resources for youth in
communities across the United States.
The
all-you-can-eat Gospel Brunch is a non-denominational, participative
celebration of gospel music to help wipe away the week’s troubles and inspire
the week ahead. With a buffet menu that is ever-evolving, it features southern
specialties and morning feast favorites such as a live carving station with
oven roasted turkey breast and prime rib, chilled prawns with cocktail sauce,
chicken jambalaya, chicken and waffles and an array of salads and cold items,
plus create-your-own Bloody Mary and mimosa bars.
House
of Blues Gospel Brunch has been a staple of Sunday morning family entertainment
around the country for more than two decades. In 2013, House of Blues
reinvented the renowned dining entertaining experience with even more
spectacular interactive energy and excitement with the additional of gospel
artist Kirk Franklin.
