York Hotel & Casino hosts the 6th annual St. Baldrick’s Day head-shaving
event benefiting the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, a national organization funding
research for childhood cancer. Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun
at the free event on the hotel’s Brooklyn Bridge with live music and
family-friendly activities, including face painting and balloon art.

John Katsilometes will have his head shaved by Elann Saula, a four-year-old boy
who suffers from serious immune system disorders and receives treatment at a
St. Baldrick’s-funded center (to sponsor Katsilometes, donations can be made
here)
