Half Suckling Pig for Four - $145 – Brussels Sprouts, Gala Apples, Fingerling Potatoes, Mustard Pork Jus
Whole Roasted Duck for Two - $135 – Clementines, Chinese Long Beans, Braised Daikon Radish, Sichuan Pepper Jus
Roasted Foie Gras for Two - $50 – Fig and Apricot Mostarda, Turnips, Brioche, Toasted Almonds
Côte de Beouf for Two - $160 – 36-ounce Bone-In Dry Aged Ribeye, Baby Carrots, Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes, Spinach, Sauce Béarnaise
Seafood Plateau for Two - $80 – Half Maine Lobster, East & West Coast Oysters, Tiger Shrimp, Littleneck Clams, Alaskan King Crab

db Brasserie, from acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud, features a selection of brasserie favorites with Boulud’s signature French-American flair. With a menu created in collaboration with Executive Chef David Middleton, flavors from around the globe give an inspired and unique flavor to dishes with a menu that changes seasonally.
