Mardi Gras Feast Tonight! At Made LV At Tivoli Village

Made L.V. is bringing a Mardi Gras dinner worthy of a New Orleans parade to Tivoli Village this Fat Tuesday. Chef/owner Kim Canteenwalla will be rolling out a family style menu of Crescent City and Cajun inspired dishes. New Orleans-native and creator of Late Night Chef Fight on the FYI Network, Jolene Mannina, is set to host the evening. In addition to the special menu, guests can enjoy Bourbon Street inspired cocktails including Hurricanes, Sazeracs, and Pimms Cups.

The Mardi Gras Dinner will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. and is $36 per person (includes welcome cocktail, passed appetizers, dinner, and dessert; does not include tax and gratuity). Reservations required, call to RSVP – 702 722 2000 or 702 685 1665.

Mardi Gras Dinner:

·         Mini Muffaletta three little pigs ham, salami provolone, spicy olive salad.
·         Cajun Crawfish Boil redskin potatoes, corn on the cob, drawn butter.
·         Jambalaya shrimp, andouille sausage, chicken thighs, rice.
·         N’Awlins Stuffed Artichoke breadcrumbs, anchovies, olives, parmesan, herbs.
·         King Cup Cake
·         Beignets

Valet is available near the Made L.V. entrance and self-parking is conveniently located on the East side of Tivoli Village.
