Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower is helping you celebrate with the one
you love on Valentine’s Day by offering special menus at Top of the World and
McCall’s Heartland Grill restaurants and romantic offerings at Level 107
Lounge.
From
the elegant and award-winning Top of the World restaurant and its inspired
cuisine and always changing view of Las Vegas, to the intimate and comfortable
McCall’s Heartland Grill and Level 107 Lounge, there is something for everyone.
“Valentine’s
Day is all about love and comfort and we’ve put together menu pairings that
reflect those qualities,” said Stratosphere Executive Chef Rick Giffen.
Top
of the World Restaurant
Enjoy
a special four-course menu on Valentine’s Day which offers inspired culinary delights
alongside Las Vegas’ best and only rotating view, 800 feet about the Strip.
The
dining experience begins with a strawberry agua fresca shooter featuring aged
cherry balsamic & pepper trio. The first course includes a choice of
vegetarian soup comprised of tomato, mixed vegetables, Mediterranean spices and
a cilantro parsley Crème Fraîche with a pistachio pesto, or heirloom lettuce
salad with fried oysters and teardrop tomato, roasted pear, red onion and
sherry vinaigrette.
The
second course includes a choice of seared day boat scallop with a Riesling
brown butter served with a cauliflower purée and pickled grape, or a warm wild
mushroom and goat cheese tartlet served with an herb salad and truffled
vinaigrette.
For
the main course, choice of grilled beef tenderloin with black truffle sauce,
farro risotto cake and vegetable medley, or roasted loch etive salmon with
tomato olive butter served with basil mashed potatoes, caramelized parsnip and
carrot.
For
dessert, berry shortcakes to share.
Heart shaped buttermilk vanilla biscuits served with mint mascarpone and
roasted assorted berries with Chambord®

for two. Available on Valentine’s Day for lunch or dinner. Regular menu items
will be available from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

McCall’s
Heartland Grill
The
comfortable and cozy atmosphere of McCall’s Heartland Grill is the perfect
place to enjoy Valentine’s Day dinner. A special three-course meal includes a
white wine poached Canadian lobster and sautéed shrimp love puff served with a
rose Champagne butter sauce.
The
second course includes a USDA prime bacon wrapped filet of beef with bone
marrow butter, wild mushroom risotto cake, sautéed Blue Lake green beans and
red wine reduction.
For
dessert, a chocolate lover’s mousse cup served with fresh harvest berries.
$45
per person. Regular menu items are also available. McCall’s Heartland Grill
will be open 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Valentine’s Day.
McCall’s
Heartland Grill, rated #1 for comfort food by “Where Quick Guide,” is an
original concept grill restaurant offering hearty Midwestern-style steaks,
fresh coastal seafood and an array of creative comfort food served in a sleek
yet cozy cowboy chic atmosphere. The restaurant is located just off the casino
floor.
On
Valentine’s Day, Level 107 Lounge is the perfect place to enjoy an
award-winning cocktail, appetizers, live music and DJ Dezie, and of course, the
city’s best view. Level 107 Lounge,
voted one of Las Vegas’ best lounges, offers both early and late happy hours
seven days a week.
On
Valentine’s Day enjoy chocolate covered strawberries with the purchase of a
bottle of wine. A specialty cocktail menu with custom Champagne and wines is
also available.
The
Top of the World restaurant’s four-course Valentine’s Day special menu for two
may also be ordered and enjoyed in Level 107 Lounge, 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Early
happy hour, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., includes half price appetizers and 2-for-1
cocktails. Late happy hour includes half
price appetizers from 10:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. and 2-for-1 cocktails from 1 a.m. -
4 a.m.
Treasure
Guffy Band will perform live from 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. and DJ Dezie from 11 p.m. to
4 a.m.
