Salt
Room LV brings a new salt wellness therapy option to the Las Vegas Valley at
1958 Village Center Cir, Ste. 7 in Summerlin.
The
therapy rooms at Salt Room LV are designed to provide guests with a drug-free,
holistic experience, while recreating the microclimate of a salt cave. The
spa-like environment in the room creates an area of zen, to depart from the
stresses of everyday life, while enjoying the health benefits of salt.
Salt
therapy, also commonly known as Halotherapy, includes relaxing in a “salt cave”
for a 45-minute session. The cave walls are large Himalayan salt bricks while
the floor is covered in Himalayan salt pebbles. Up to six guests at a time can
relax in the cave, while pharmaceutical grade, breathable particles of salt
circulate throughout the room.
“For
many, salt has been shown as an all-natural way to help relieve skin conditions
such as psoriasis and eczema, and a range of respiratory ailments including
sinus infections, asthma, allergies and bronchitis,” said Salt Room LV founder/operator
Ava Mucikyan. “In the short time we’ve been open, the customer response has
been positive. People are curious and interested in the benefits of salt
therapy.”
Additionally,
Salt Room LV offers numerous revitalizing salt-based treatments including
facials. Guests can bring the salt experience into their own home, as the
center offers unique retail products made from pure Himalayan salt for
purchase, such as salt shot glasses, lamps, blocks and beauty products.
Various
yoga and meditation classes are offered in the salt therapy rooms for both
adults and children, including Baby and Me; Halo Meditation; Aromatherapy Yoga;
and Salt, Stretch and Tone. The center also features a designated kid-friendly
Halotherapy area offering art and yoga classes.
Salt
Room LV is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from
10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information please visit www.saltroomlv.com, or on
