Fans
started lining up at 3 a.m. anxiously awaiting Kylie Jenner's arrival at the
grand opening of Sugar Factory (www.sugarfactory.com) in Chicago yesterday
evening. By the time the E!’s "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star
arrived, an eruption of cheers arose from thousands of fans who were lined up
in the street. Jenner, wearing a crocheted black Misha Collection dress and
strappy Gianvito Rossi heels, posed for photographs as fans yelled, "I
love you, Kylie" and "Will you go with me to prom?" Jenner
handed out bags of Sugar Factory candy and hugged fans on the red carpet.
"This
is amazing," said Jenner. "I went with my sister years ago when she
opened Sugar Factory in Las Vegas, and to be here on my own doing it now, with
all the fans. It's unreal."
Jenner
also celebrated the launch of her very own signature "Black Diamond"
and "Gray Sparkle" Sugar Factory Couture Pops, which she designed
with her sister, Kendall. Their sparkly pops are now available at all Sugar Factory
locations across the country.
The
party really got started when Nick Cannon arrived later in the evening. The
multi-talented entertainer was in great spirits, hugging fans, taking selfies
and even jokingly stocking his pockets with Sugar Factory lollipops as he went
on a candy shopping spree in the retail area. He then hit the DJ booth above
the dining room and Chocolate Lounge and played a mix complete with "old
school" favorites as fans loudly sang along. Singer-songwriter, Kreesha Turner,
who has been rumored to be dating Cannon, danced alongside the DJ booth wearing
an "Ncredible" medallion, from Cannon's label.
