Rejoice! The Juice Standard Has a New Location!

Juice lovers in Green Valley who have been making the drive across town for The Juice Standard’s exceptional juices will now have their very own outpost of the popular cold-pressed juicery with the opening of a second location at 2530 St. Rose Parkway between Paseo Verde Drive and Coronado Center Drive this spring.

Co-owners Marcella Melnichuck and Jamie Stephenson launched The Juice Standard in March of last year at 4555 S. Fort Apache, and their juice has quickly generated a loyal following of juicers in the Summerlin area and beyond. Even Robin Leach touted on Twitter during one of The Juice Standard’s cleanses, “Didn’t even miss my normal champagne or caviar!”

“The hard part about having so many Green Valley residents enjoy our juices has been not being able to offer them a more convenient place to stock up,” says Melnichuk, COO of The Juice Standard. “We know they are counting down the days to our opening, and so are we.”

“Juicing is about a lifestyle,” says Stephenson, CEO of The Juice Standard. “Being closer to our Green Valley clients means we can make a healthy lifestyle easier for them. We also couldn’t be more excited about introducing our juices to a new neighborhood.”

The new 1,750-square-foot location will offer The Juice Standard’s signature cold-pressed, organic juices including specialty blends like Bee WHealthy, a juice loaded with cucumber, celery, romaine, kale, apple, dandelion, parsley, lemon, ginger and turmeric; Bee Grateful, a sweet combination of carrot, pineapple, ginger and lemon; and Bee Excellent, the popular non-dairy “nutmilk” containing filtered water, coconut water, raw cashew, Spirulina, agave and vanilla bean.

The Juice Standard applies up to 3,000 pounds of pressure to fruits and vegetables that have been farmed responsibly, as well as locally, whenever possible. Every blend is raw, completely organic and bottled without high-pressure processing, a technique that some producers use to extend the shelf life of their product for up to six weeks, deactivating the enzymes the body needs to benefit from the product. The Juice Standard’s special pressing process preserves as many enzymes as possible, allowing for a more vital juice for the consumer.

The Juice Standard’s new location will share the same hours as the original: Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
