Stadium® at The Palazzo Las Vegas® is teaming up again with Samuel Adams to
host a delicious five-course beer pairing dinner featuring a selection of
tasteful premium craft beers on Friday, January 23 at 6 p.m. The menu is priced
at $55 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity) and will feature the
following pairings*:

baby arugula and toasted pine nuts tossed in charred tomato vinaigrette with
crispy prosciutto and shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
