a comfortable, modern environment with delectable flavors from throughout the
Pacific Rim, the California Noodle House is Downtown Las Vegas’ newest dining
destination.
True
to its tagline – “Signature noodle dishes … and so much more” – the new
California Hotel and Casino restaurant aims to create a unique and appealing,
open and welcoming dining experience that delights the eyes as well as the

Designed
by Tandem Design of Las Vegas, California Noodle House is centered around an
open show kitchen where guests can watch their meals prepared by expertly
trained chefs. The décor features a distinct Pacific Rim influence, with paper
lanterns, luxurious textures on the booths and walls, and abstract art.
“The California Noodle House was designed to
be a casual family-style dining experience, offering the guest a comfortable
but fresh ambiance,” said Kim Daoust, principal and interior designer at Tandem
Design. “We focused on clean line design elements accented with oversized wall
graphics, natural textures, woven rope ceiling elements and clusters of
lanterns for added flair.”
Guests
will enjoy a menu selection inspired by cuisines from throughout the Pacific
Rim, including distinctive flavors from Korean, Thai, Hawaiian, Chinese and
Japanese dishes. Noodle dishes include Beef Chow Fun and Pad Thai, while soup
offerings include Thai favorite Tom Kha Gai, Chinese specialty Won Ton Min, and
Braised Oxtail Stew.
