Carlo Announces Chef Collaborations for ‘Yusho After Dark’ Culinary Series
In
response to the overwhelming support of the first Yusho After Dark event held
earlier this month, Yusho will host an ongoing series of late-night chef
collaborations at Yusho Japanese Grill & Noodle House at Monte Carlo Resort
and Casino.
Yusho
After Dark will take place between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m. monthly, as the
restaurant’s Executive Chef Brian Lhee – who was recently named “Chef of the
Year” by Eater Vegas –joins forces with a guest chef from Las Vegas’ highly
acclaimed culinary community.

The
savory soirees invites guests to watch the chefs in action through Yusho’s open
kitchen while enjoying a variety of live entertainment and art attractions set
to the upbeat soundtrack of a popular local DJ.
Tickets
for Yusho After Dark are $25 and will be available for purchase at the door of
each event. Included in the ticket price are one of Yusho’s signature draught
cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres and inventive dishes created by Chef Lhee and
his guest chef. Those looking to imbibe beyond their first cocktail can enjoy a
selection of specially priced draught cocktails, unique craft beers and premium
sakes from the cash bar.
