UFC Hall of Famer, Forrest Griffin visited MTO Café at Downtown Summerlin for dinner Tuesday night with his daughter. The former martial artist ordered a Chorizo Omelet complete with avocado, roasted tomatoes and piquillo peppers while his daughter opted for a plain omelet and a side of MTO’s signature Mash Browns which feature mash potatoes inside a hash brown patty. After enjoying his meal, Griffin ordered a Truffle Meatloaf to-go.
