Celebrate
the holidays at The LINQ’s newest restaurant: Off The Strip.
A Las
Vegas locals’ favorite since 2007, Off The Strip built a loyal following thanks
to its classic bistro and bar comfort food and genuine, personalized service.
That same fare and service is now at The LINQ. The 11,000-square-foot
restaurant is open 23 hours, offering “just real food” for breakfast, lunch and
dinner.
The
menu is simple and clean, featuring the signature comfort favorites Off The
Strip is known for including steaks, chops, seafood and pasta dishes. The
morning menu is especially noteworthy as it features healthy offerings from the
“Fresh and Fit” menu. The cocktail program consists of craft beers and
cocktails. All menus will change seasonally.
Indoor
and outdoor seating is available, with the latter situated on prime Las Vegas
Strip real estate—the Promenade at The LINQ—and ample opportunity for
people-watching. Guests have direct access to The LINQ Hotel & Casino, as
well as The High Roller, the world’s tallest observation wheel.
Founded
by brothers Tom Goldsbury and the late Chef Al Hubbard, Off The Strip
immediately became a locals’ hotspot when it opened in Southern Highlands seven
years ago. One night, renowned restaurant executive Andrew Belmonti dined and
immediately loved the food. Belmonti is known throughout the industry for
opening more than 20 of the nation’s most successful restaurants, nightclubs
and lounges, including N9NE Steakhouse. Around the same time, Off The Strip in
Southern Highlands became known to Caesars executives who lived in the area and
frequented the restaurant. Caesars eventually approached Goldsbury and Hubbard
about bringing their concept to the Strip. It was that same concept that
attracted the husband and wife team of James and Diane Cameron to the project,
eventually becoming partners with Goldsbury and Belmonti. The rest was history.
