The World Kindness Liberia wishes
to extend an SOS call to every individual, organizations and businesses and
urges all to see the Ebola epidemic in Liberia which has taken away more than
2500 lives not as a challenge, but as a fair opportunity to everyone to rapidly
respond and share kindness to its fullest by helping to save precious lives and
restore lost hope.
The
evil nature of this disease continues to diversify as a tree with several
branches. Among many negative impacts of the Ebola virus is the dozens of
children becoming orphans, miserable economic circumstances for many families
and the rapid promotion of grudge and hatred among family members, neighbors,
and community dwellers. Persons or families victimized by the Ebola virus are
often ostracized and subjected to total neglect and loneliness. It is quite
unfortunate that the situation depicts that people would behave in such a way
to prevent themselves from getting infected. Clothes and other household
materials of families of Ebola victims are often burned by health workers to
prevent the viral spread without being replenished. To help these suffering
people, we will appreciate your compassionate response with any of the below
requested items to empower us to reach out to at least 1000 families.
