New Fall Libations At Andre's & Can You Name This Cocktail?

The Unnamed Cocktail
Autumnal libations are now available at both Andre’s Restaurant & Lounge at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino and Alizé at the Top of Palms Casino and Resort. Beverage Director Patrick Trundle, well known for his innovative mixes, has crafted yet another line of exceptional cocktails that are sure to delight with the flavors of fall.

Featured cocktails include: Rhumbarb (Cruzan white rum, rhubarb syrup, Campari and rhubarb bitters); Kiwi Collins (Sobieski cytron vodka, Dolin Blanc, kiwi puree, lime juice and sprite); Negroni Bianco (Boodles gin, Dolin Blanc and Salers); Pomegranate Gimlet (Bombay gin, Stirrings pomegranate liquor, house made pomegranate grenadine, simple syrup and lime juice); New-Old Fashioned (Elation pear liquor, Makers Mark bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and fresh bosc pears); and Bitter Two-Thymer (Sobieski cytrus vodka, Thatcher elderflower liquor, meyer lemon juice, simple syrup, thyme and lemon bitters).

There is one more fall cocktail that is so unique, Trundle couldn’t think of a name. Andre’s and Alizé invite their Facebook fans to give this libation a proper name. The winner will receive a $50 gift card, as well as the name of their drink on the menu through winter. The drink contains Cocchi Americano, Sobieski cytron vodka, Bombay gin, honey tangerine juice, simple syrup, and orange flower water.
