the dazzling Fountains of Bellagio, Hyde Bellagio offers guests an alluring
indulgence with the introduction of Cioccolato Bianco, a new seasonal winter
cocktail available December 1. This rich and decadent sip evokes images of
elegance with a flavor reminiscent of childhood delights.
· Cioccolato Bianco ($18) – Italian for
white chocolate, the Cioccolato Bianco is a sophisticated specialty cocktail
featuring Tuaca, Godiva White Chocolate, chocolate bitters and sprinkled with
coco powder.
In
addition to the newly added libation, Hyde also offers a full menu of signature
cocktails during lounge hours including the Love Unit, Cucumber Watermelon
Margarita and Burning Mango. For the ultimate winter chill, frozen liquid
nitrogen cocktails are served table-side for a theatrical ice and smoke
display. Guests also can enjoy a delectable selection of gourmet small plates
perfect for sharing while marveling at the dancing fountains. Plates are served
nightly beginning at 5 p.m.
