Toby Allen, Andrew Tierney, Véronic DiCaire, Michael Tierney, and Phil Burton |
Bally’s
Las Vegas headliner Véronic was spotted at Smokey Robinson Presents Human
Nature: The Motown Show on Monday, Sept. 29 at The Venetian Las Vegas. The
vocal impressionist was invited backstage before the show where she and the
Australian quartet had the chance to catch up.
Before
taking the stage, the Las Vegas singing sensations joked about how each wishes
luck to a performer before a show in their native countries. “In Australia, we
say chookas,” said Human Nature’s Phil Burton, while Véronic advised that in
French Canada, using the expletive, merde, is common to wish a performer good luck.
