Fulton Street Food Hall Now Open At Harrah's Las Vegas! LOTS Of Food Options!

With an emphasis on freshness and a variety of chef inspired creations, Fulton Street Food Hall is now open at Harrah’s Las Vegas. Offerings at Fulton Street Food Hall range from sweet and indulgent bakery-fresh pastries, to homemade soups and comfort foods, to artisanal sandwiches with eight different bread selections, to fresh sushi and ten various Pan-Asian noodle dishes and soups as well as New York-style pizza.

“Fulton Street Food Hall is the first food hall concept on the Las Vegas Strip, so we’re very excited to present guests with new chef driven, chef inspired food,” said Gerry Tuthill, General Manager of Harrah’s Las Vegas. Open 24 hours, seven days a week, guests can now experience fresh, quality food at any time of day. While creative cuisine with fresh, locally sourced food is one of the main cornerstones of Fulton Street Food Hall, variety is equally important.

Breakfast
Fulton Street Food Hall will serve as the central dining hub for guests, offering them a variety of fresh selections. For guests wishing to experience a traditional sit-down breakfast with table service, a designated section of the cafe will be open from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. daily. Menu offerings include the decadent White Chocolate and Raspberry Swirl French Toast topped with blueberry basil syrup and the Scottish Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict with perfectly poached eggs and a rich hollandaise sauce. For the health conscious food connoisseur, the options abound. Try the Skinny Frittata made with egg whites and topped with, tomato, grilled zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, onions and feta cheese and garnished with a side of tomato, feta and basil Salad. Whether guests are looking for something rich and satisfying or something waistline-friendly, all components of each the dishes are locally sourced and made in house daily.

Coffee & Bakery
For guests looking to grab-and-go, Fulton Street Food Hall is perfect. Open 24 hours a day, this station offers 25 different Lavazza Coffee drinks, including four specialty options, including the Mokaccino. A vast selection of 37 different bakery items can be purchased to go at any time along with coffee. Try a classic cinnamon roll or treat yourself to something more decadent, like tiramisu. All items are made fresh in house daily. The bakery station also includes a gelato section with six different flavors, including seasonal flavors such as watermelon.

Sandwiches & Comfort Food
As the day progresses, a variety of sandwiches are available, perfect for a quick lunch. The sandwich breads are made fresh daily in-house, and guests can choose from eight different types of bread, from the more traditional Sourdough to the flavorful Jalapeno Cheddar Roll. In total, guests can choose from 13 sandwiches and four breakfast sandwiches, served either hot or cold. The sandwich selection goes above the standard turkey and cheese, offering delicious condiments like orange ginger aioli. A selection of sandwiches will also be served at the bakery station during off hours. In addition, the comfort food station will offer a variety of rotating items just as good as mom makes. Perfect for a winter’s day lunch, selections include a delightful 3 cheese lasagna, hearty meat lasagna and flavorful meatloaf.

Salad & Soup
The salad station features a vibrant display of fresh vegetables for guests to choose from and offers a true salad bar experience. Salads are completely made to order, with guests choosing all aspects of their dish, including lettuce, toppings and dressing. Salads come in a plastic to-go container but can also be enjoyed in-house. Soups will be offered daily and are all made in-house with the perfect blend of spices.

Sushi
With the popularity of food halls across the nation, Fulton Street Food Hall offers guests some truly unique touches, like a sushi bar with made-to-order sushi. Fish served includes tuna, eel, salmon, crab, shrimp, yellowtail and octopus. The sushi station offers traditional cut rolls, nigiri and sashimi. Guests can dine at the sushi bar and watch as the experienced sushi chefs create their meal or take pre-made sushi to go.

Noodle Bar
Adjacent to the sushi station, the noodle bar offers a variety of Pan-Asian soups and noodle dishes. Specialties include the Roast Duck noodle soup and the Singapore Style noodles. Guests are able to choose from five different types of wok tossed noodles and noodle soups. Five types of Ramen will also be available, along with three different types of fried rice. Like the sushi bar, the noodle station also has its own dedicated seating, but guests also have the option to take their noodle creations to go.

Pizza
The pizza station is one of two live-action stations in the food hall. Guests can choose from seven different types of 11-inch New York-style pizzas, including several vegetarian options. All aspects of the pizza are made in-house, including a proprietary recipe for the dough, a unique cheese blend and delicious sauces. Diners can watch as their pizzas are custom made and cooked in the pizza oven behind the station.

Bar
Fulton Street Food Hall is also the perfect destination for those looking to enjoy a cocktail or two before a night out on the Strip. Its signature drink menu includes options like the Cucumber Cup made with Hendrick’s Gin, Robinsons Ginger Tom Ale, fresh mint and cucumber. The Bakon Mary is the perfect breakfast refreshment, composed of Bakon vodka, Bloody Mary mix, Guinness and topped off with a strip of bacon.

Design
Fulton Street Food Hall perfectly merges a sit down restaurant experience with the convenience of a to-go café. Reminiscent of Fulton Street in New Orleans, where the food hall gets its name, décor includes a purple and gold color scheme with ample seating for 250 guests, including dedicated bar seating. The venue also includes 11 flat screen TVs.  Fulton Street Food Hall functions much like a grocery store with guests able to choose different items from each station and check-out at a centrally located cashier station. In addition, guests who order from the bakery or sushi station will be able to check out at the direct station.

Fulton Street Food Hall joins Harrah’s Las Vegas’ exciting revitalization, which includes the completely renovated multi-level pool area, the all-new Signature Bar and updated casino floor.
