weekend Buddy "The Cake Boss" Valastro and Executive Chef Kim
Canteenwalla represented Las Vegas' Buddy V's Ristorante at the Epcot
International Food & Wine Festival at Disney World. The duo showed off
their culinary skills by making one of the Venetian-based restaurant's menu
favorites - charred octopus.
