Celebrated
chef, restaurateur, New York Times bestselling author and Emmy award-winning
television personality, Bobby Flay was in Las Vegas last week to celebrate the
10 year anniversary of Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace .
To
kick-off his visit, Flay visited Three Square Food Bank on Tuesday, Oct. 14
with several Mesa Grill staff members. Mesa Grill has been a major supporter of
Three Square, volunteering staff time on a regular basis and continuously
championing Restaurant Week. The tour was led by Three Square Board Member,
Diana Bennett, and Chief Development Officer, Matthew Muldoon. The tour
concluded with the presentation of the top gold Plate Donor award for the most
covers sold during this past Fall Restaurant week, an award Mesa Grill has won
year after year.
That
evening, Flay hosted an anniversary dinner for invited guests at Mesa Grill.
Guests dined on the anniversary four-course menu, which is available till
Tuesday, Oct. 21. During the dinner, Flay reflected on Mesa Grill’s ten years
at Caesars Palace and his favorite moments throughout the years.
Flay
ended his visit on a high note as he and the Mesa Grill staff celebrated with
an anniversary cake on Wednesday, Oct. 15.
Opening
to great success in 2004, Mesa Grill has since been a culinary destination
inside the iconic Las Vegas casino. Having been at the forefront of the Strip’s
culinary evolution, Flay has been integral in bringing bold, new flavors and
fresh ingredients to one of the world’s top tourist destinations.

Grill at Caesars Palace is open daily Monday to Friday for lunch 11 a.m. to
2:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner
