Celebrated

television personality, Bobby Flay, is celebrating ten highly-successful years
of Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace.
“I’m
extremely proud of what we’ve accomplished these past ten years at Caesars
Palace,” said Bobby Flay. “From the incredible dishes and drinks we serve to
the work we do in the community, Mesa Grill has become not only a stage for me
to showcase my love for the Southwest but has become an integral part of Las
Vegas. I look forward to all that’s on the horizon”

this keynote accomplishment, a specially curated Ten Year Anniversary menu will

Opening
to great success in 2004, Mesa Grill has since been a culinary destination
inside the iconic Las Vegas casino. Having been at the forefront of the Strip’s
culinary evolution, Flay has been integral in bringing bold, new flavors and
fresh ingredients to one of the world’s top tourist destinations.
Flay
has also been a leading philanthropic restaurateur, with no better example than
the outpouring of support Mesa Grill shows during Three Square Food Bank’s
annual Restaurant Week, a city-wide event used to raise funds to end hunger in
Southern Nevada. Year after year, Mesa Grill has been awarded with the top Gold
Plate honor for raising the most funds during the event.
Flay
has developed his signature style of American cookery, marrying the flavors of
southwest with his love of grilling at Mesa Grill. Mesa Grill’s menu features
dishes like New Mexican Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon-Ancho Chile
Sauce, Sweet Potato Tamale and Crushed Pecan Butter. In a nod to the West, he
also includes a Chiptole Glazed Rib-Eye with Red and Green Chile Sauce.
Las
Vegas' proximity to Mexico gives the restaurant access to some of that
country’s highest-quality tequila and mezcal offerings, and the expansive wine
list has a global reach yet maintains an emphasis on top American wines.
The
combination of the restaurant’s magnificent decor, the exciting vibe of the
casino atmosphere and the stunning range of textures, flavors and colors
incorporated into the menu, Mesa Grill continue to electrify diners year after
year.
