What's Going On At The Bullring At The Las Vegas Motor Speedway?

With one points race remaining in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series season, Scott Gafforini holds a 23-point lead over David Anderson in the NASCAR Super Late Model division at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Depending on the car count for the next race, Bullring Season Championship Night on Oct. 4, Gafforini could wrap up his fifth track championship by merely starting the race. But the 47-year-old driver from Henderson has shown no signs of going through the motions this season. After Anderson opened the season with a win, Gafforini reeled off three straight victories and pushed his season total to six wins by taking the checkered flag last Saturday night.

The NASCAR Super Stocks division is slightly closer, with Jason Kiser holding a 21-point cushion over five-time class champion Phil Goodwin heading into the final race.

The closest points battle is in the USLCI Thunder Car division, where Chris Bosley holds a 16-point lead over Travis Boyle with one race remaining. In the Master class of the USLCI Legend Car division, Michael Todd Glazier holds an 18-point edge over TJ Clark.

Other class points leaders are Martin Sullins (NASCAR Bomber), Jason Irwin (Grand American Modified), Peyton Saxton (Legend Car Pro), Devin Lane (Legend Car Semi-Pro), Jordan Dean (Legend Car Young Lions), Caden Carlin (Bandolero Outlaws) and Dezel West (Bandolero Bandits).
All 11 track champions will be crowned on Bullring Season Championship Night on Oct. 4. The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway is one of the best entertainment values in Southern Nevada with affordable ticket prices and family-friendly concession prices including $1 hot dogs, $1 Coca-Cola products and $2 Budweiser beer.
