Food lovers rejoice! Nobu Restaurant Caesars Palace will celebrate the 20-year anniversary of the opening of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s first restaurant in New York City with an impressive evening showcasing many of the acclaimed chef’s signature dishes and classic culinary creations for one night only on Wednesday, September 17.

The chef selected, five-course menu of four delicate bites each, is priced at $120 per person and will be comprised of signature Nobu classics – both past and present. 

First Course

Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, Ceviche Taco, Spicy Edamame, Grilled Shishito with Umami Sake Soy

Second Course

Toro Tartar, Hamachi Jalapeno, Tiradito, Tai Dry Miso

Third Course

Sashimi Salad, Soft-Shell Crab Roll, Nigiri, Battera Zushi

Fourth Course

Black Cod Butter Lettuce, Rock Shrimp Tempura Jalapeno, Beef Tenderloin Balsamic Teriyaki,
