The Legendary Riviera Hotel Partners With Three Square For Restaurant Week!

Riviera Hotel & Casino is proud to partner with Three Square Food Bank to help feed the hungry during Fall Las Vegas Restaurant Week. Beginning Friday, August 22, a portion of the proceeds from the new Three Square Menu at R Steak & Seafood Restaurant will be donated to Southern Nevada’s only food bank to help feed thousands of residents in Valley.

“We’re truly honored to be working with such a renowned foundation and to help the less fortunate,” said Chef Matthew Fresinski, Executive Chef at R Steak & Seafood Restaurant. “We’ve put together an eclectic and delicious menu we hope guests will not only enjoy, but take pleasure in knowing they are doing their part in helping the less fortunate in the Las Vegas valley.”

Available for $40.14, the new, four-course Three Square Menu includes:

First Course:

Scallop Crudo with blood-orange puree, soybean and pork belly

Second Course:

Spring Brussels Sprout Salad with feta cheese, shaved onions and red sherry vinaigrette

Third Course:

Pan-Roasted White Bass with English pea puree and bacon-braised baby gem lettuce or Charred Flat-Iron Steak with Andouille hash cake and Cajun remoulade

Fourth Course:

Berry cheesecake with blueberry sauce and assorted berries
