blogger and entertainment personality, Perez Hilton, dined at Chef Kerry
Simon’s Carson Kitchen in Downtown Las Vegas Wednesday night.
Hilton
and a colleague enjoyed an array of Carson Kitchen’s signature menu items,
including the ‘Devil’s Eggs,’ veal meatballs, wellington empanadas, short rib
sliders, rainbow cauliflower, chicken thighs and the fan-favorite mac’ and
cheese. The group sipped on the Brewer’s Fix and Easy Does It cocktails, and
Hilton was heard commenting that “everything was phenomenal.”

hospitality veteran, Cory Harwell. The intimate restaurant is located inside
the old John. E Carson Hotel at 124 South 6th St. in Downtown Las Vegas and
