Three
Square’s annual Fall Restaurant Week has extended its list of participating
restaurants to include Pahrump, Nev.
Stockman’s Steakhouse at the Pahrump Nugget will be the first restaurant
in Pahrump to participate in the annual fall event, taking place August 22-28 this
year.
In
its eighth year, Restaurant Week includes top dining establishments offering a
prix-fixe menu with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Three Square. Three
Square is Southern Nevada’s only food bank offering wholesome, nutritious food
to nonprofit and faith-based organizations, schools and feeding sites that
serve the residents of Lincoln, Nye, Esmeralda and Clark Counties.
Stockman’s
Steakhouse, voted the best steakhouse in rural Nevada and serving only USDA
Choice or higher steaks, will offer three distinct prix-fixe menus during Fall
Restaurant Week, ranging in price from $30.14 to $50.14.
Customers
can choose between a 10-ounce Filet Mignon, the Cedar Plank Teriyaki Salmon or
the Chicken Canberra, a sautéed chicken breast topped with provolone cheese and
a Jim Beam sauce. All entrees are served with a side and come with a choice of
House Salad or French Onion Soup. For dessert, diners can choose between a
Raspberry or Chocolate Tart, served with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
“Stockman’s
Steakhouse is offering some of their best signature dishes as part of this
year’s annual Restaurant Week,” said William Bills, director of food and
beverage at Pahrump Nugget. “Through our participation, we hope to help a great
local cause and begin a long-lasting partnership.”
Since
its inception in 2007, Restaurant Week has raised more than $852,000 for Three
Square, including nearly $66,000 during this year’s Spring Restaurant Week,
helping to provide more than 2.5 million meals to more than 340,000
food-insecure men, women and children in Southern Nevada.
