on August 16, throw their hands in the air and scream as they celebrate
National Roller Coaster Day. To commemorate the occasion this year, The Big
Apple Coaster at New York-New York and The Adventuredome at Circus Circus are
paying homage to the special day with thrilling promotions. Are you up for the

Big Apple Coaster at New York-New York
Take
advantage of a coaster lover’s dream deal with buy-one-get-one-free passes to
the 67-mph thrill ride that ascends 203 feet to its highest peak before rushing
down 144 feet into gravity-defying twists and turns. The first 100 riders will
receive a special “National Roller Coaster Day” T-shirt as proof that they
came, they rode and they conquered this adventure. Guests must be at least 54
inches tall to ride.

Prepare
for the ultimate experience with not one, but two roller coasters inside the
five-acre theme park. For one day only, guests can enjoy a 2-for-1 discount on
tickets to ride both El Loco, the newest addition to the park complete with a
90-degree drop and over the edge twists and turns, and Canyon Blaster, the
park’s double loop, double corkscrew coaster. Circus Circus will offer a
special National Roller Coaster Day room discount for as low as $22 on August
