Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar at The LINQ will liven up Labor Day Weekend with
drink specials and late night fiestas beginning Friday, Aug. 29 through Monday,
Sept. 1.
Guests
will kick off the holiday on Chayo’s expansive double-decker patio with $5
Coronas and Corona Lights and any Chayo margarita can be upgraded with a Grand
Marnier float for $3. Beginning at 11 p.m., a DJ will spin the hottest hits,
keeping the party going all night long while sexy mechanical bull riders take a
spin on “Chayo,” the bar’s feisty mascot. With more than 50 types of tequilas,
there will be no shortage of fun, giving guests just the right amount of liquid
courage to take a ride on Chayo.
Executive
Chef Ernesto Zendejas will also offer his signature late night menu starting at
11 p.m., including dishes such as pork sopes, handmade corn cakes topped with
black beans, chorizo and queso fresco; and rib eye nachos served with sautéed
rib eye and cascabel sauce.
