Fourth of July Weekend with a three-day celebration beginning on Friday, July 4
through Sunday, July 6.

Hagar’s rockin’ cantina will turn into the ultimate party destination with
drink specials and rockin’ music on the hottest Strip-side patio. Partygoers
will stay cool under the misters with the “El Americano” daiquiri layered with
patriotic flavors of strawberry red, piña colada white and vida loca blue,
priced at $19. Patriots will toast to Independence Day with rocker Sammy
Hagar’s signature Red Head Beer, priced at $7.
To
stay fueled up for the festivities, guests may indulge in Cabo Wabo’s savory
Baja-Mex dishes including the all-new chicken sabana, a grilled chicken breast
pounded paper thin and stacked with pinto beans, melted Mexican cheeses,
chorizo, chimichurri, caramelized onions and pico de gallo; and Sammy’s tequila
shrimp made with Baja shrimp, garlic and Cabo Wabo tequila lime-sauce, served
with Mexican dirty rice.
