Daniel Boulud’s db Brasserie opened to fanfare from diners and critics alike
and has quickly grown to be one of the most notable restaurants on the Las
Vegas Strip. The Venetian Las Vegas-based restaurant, which features a
selection of classic French brasserie dishes, along with international flavors
all with Boulud’s signature French-American flair, now boasts a daily Happy
Hour menu, a 30 Minute Express Lunch, as well prix fixe menus that allow guests
to experience a classic db Brasserie dining experience from du début à la fin.

food menu includes small plates of classic db Brasserie dishes as well as new

plates include Yellowtail – avocado, ruby red grapefruit, yogurt, pink
peppercorn, espellette tuile, micro cilantro; Tarte Flambée - Alsatian
flatbread, bacon, onion, fromage blanc; and Grilled Lamb Merguez Sausage -
chick pea, tomato, yogurt dressing; among other dishes.
In
addition to the small plates, guests can dine on the three DBGB Burgers from
the main db Brasserie menu: The Piggie, The Yankee and The Frenchie.

Paillard – grilled chicken breast, sauce diable, arugula, pommes frites.

Brasserie, from acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud, features a selection of brasserie
favorites with Boulud’s signature French-American flair. With a menu created in
collaboration with Executive Chef David Middleton, flavors from around the globe
give an inspired and unique flavor to dishes with a menu that changes
seasonally. The spacious restaurant seats 280 diners, including two private
dining rooms, as well as a casual bar and lounge. Designed by Jeffrey Beers
International (JBI), the group took inspiration from classic brasseries in
France to create a welcoming and convivial atmosphere.
Located
at the start of Restaurant Row, just off the casino floor, db Brasserie is
accessible from both The Venetian and The Palazzo, with easy access from The
Palazzo parking garage. db Brasserie is open 7 days a week for lunch, happy
