All Updated Winners And Series Leaders From Las Vegas Motor Speedway!

Scott Gafforini maintained his lead in the NASCAR Super Late Model points standings at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway but Don Sargent saw his once-comfortable lead in the NASCAR Bomber class trimmed to 19 points after 10 weeks of racing.

Gafforini finished fourth in the 76-lap Super Late Model feature during the July 3 “Night of Fire” at The Bullring, but still holds a 20-point lead over David Anderson and a 27-point edge over Dennis Rock Jr.
In the Bomber class, Sargent’s victory on July 3 was disallowed when he declined the post-race tchnical inspection. That gave the win to Martin Sullins, who now trails Sargent by only 19 points in the standings. Three weeks ago, Sargent’s lead stood at 72 points after his fourth victory in five races.

In the NASCAR Super Stock division, Vinny Raucci Jr. holds a narrow eight-point lead over Jason Kiser while four-time race winner Phil Goodwin is 23 points off the pace.

The closest points battle at The Bullring continues to be in the Bandolero Outlaws class, where 14-year-old Joey Paonessa of Henderson and 12-year-old Caden Carlin of Las Vegas are tied with 556 points after 12 races.

Other class points leaders are Jason Irwin (Grand American Modified), Peyton Saxton (Legend Car Pro), Michael Todd Glazer (Legend Car Master), Devin Lane (Legend Car Semi-Pro), Jordan Dean (Legend Car Young Lions), Chris Bosley (Thunder Car) and Dezel West (Bandolero Bandits).

The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway is taking its annual summer break until the Labor Day Weekend Special, Aug. 30-31. The Bullring points season will conclude on Oct. 4. Information on all upcoming events at Las Vegas Motor Speedway can be found by visiting www.lvms.com.
