Vegas nightlife mainstays Alex Cordova and Joe Lopez, on their first West Coast

retail food market, offering a variety of freshly-prepared gourmet foods,
available for takeout.

menu at Juice NV will offer an array of cold-pressed juices, prepared daily,

managing stress, boosting immunity and generally supporting healthy-living.
Customers will also have the ability to create their drink of choice or choose
from a varied selection of healthy items.
According
to Chef Jonas, “The science of juice is always evolving, and Juice NV evolves
with it, too. Based on our research, and shifting consumer desires, our
portfolio will have a variety of 15-20 seasonally rotating recipes. With my knowledge of different preparation
techniques and herbs and spices, I’m able to create familiar tastes and
textures, from unexpected ingredients.”
With
over two decades of experience, Jonas is recognized as one of the health
market’s leading chefs. He was recently honored by Well&Good.com, who included Jonas among
“New York City’s 10 Healthiest Chefs”. Helping establish the kitchens at New
York eateries Organic Avenue and Pure Food and Wine, Jonas now spends his time
traveling the country, helping celebrities and influencers transform their
lifestyles, with his raw vegan cuisine. These days, Jonas is also spending a
significant amount of time in Las Vegas, developing menus for Juice NV,
utilizing the farm-to-table resources available to consumers in the Las Vegas
valley.
Juice
